Toning, Chanting, and Drumming Class focuses on new technique

Do you know what "skeletal humming" is? Well neither did the students who attended my free class today, but they do now! Skeletal humming is a technique I learned when studying with Dr. Alfred Tomatis. It is a process whereby you actually turn your own spine into a human tuning fork by vibrating first your teeth, then your jaw, then your skull and then down your spine. It is quite an amazing process and is done for the purpose of "charging your brain"!

We have two more free classes left; please try to make it there if you can!
